Sequencing Issue

Due to problems with shortened capillary array life we will now also require that you leave wells G11, G12 and H11, H12 empty. Internal quality control samples will be run in these wells to assess any problems with the capillary array or the instrument. This is in addition to our new requirement for a description of the type of water, template purification and sequence reaction clean up methods used. If you are not the individual preparing the sequencing reactions, please pass this on and respond as appropriate. Thank you for your cooperation.

AM Pick-up

The time of the AM pick-up for samples at the Medical Center is 10:30 AM. If you any questions please let us know.
