- Customers are responsible for designing and optimizing PCR assays and providing the primers to the FGC (see optional services below if you require assistance)
- Service Includes: PCR amplification, agarose gel electrophoresis and genotyping calls (if applicable)
Optional Sample Preparation Services *
- DNA Extractions
- Please inquire if you need assay design/optimization services
*Note: The optional sample preparation services are not included in the PCR Amplification and Gel Electrophoresis Pricing. See our Pricing Page for complete information.
Sample Submission
- If submitting tissue: Place samples vertically (A1, B1, C1..) in an Abgene 2.2mL 96 deep-well plate and seal tightly with adhesive foil seal.
- If submitting purified DNA: Place samples either vertically in an Abgene 96 well plate sealed tightly with adhesive foil seal or in 1.5mL microfuge tubes
